ABCPro Advertising & Claims Policy

Core rule. Growth Consultants must describe ABCPro, its products, partner products, compensation, and the Growth Consultant opportunity truthfully, accurately, and consistently with current ABCPro-approved materials.

Prohibited claims

Until representative substantiated earnings data exists, Growth Consultants must not make claims about:

expected dollar income, supplemental income, or salary replacement;
debt payoff, mortgage or bill payment, or retirement;
financial freedom, passive income, residual income, or "money while sleeping";
"X people cover your fee" or any claim that enrolling or subscribing others covers your own costs or produces profit;
earnings projections, hypothetical earnings examples, or atypical deposit/earnings screenshots;
rank-bonus recruiting claims or rank-dollar figures used to recruit.

Prohibited lifestyle implications

Do not imply lifestyle outcomes involving cars, homes, luxury vacations, retirement, job replacement, or substantial free time.

Required disclosure

When it is appropriate to disclose the financial relationship, use: "I am an independent ABCPro Growth Consultant and may receive compensation from qualifying purchases."

Product claims

Use only partner-approved or ABCPro-approved product claims. Do not invent performance, health, savings, security, permanence, profitability, or comparative claims.

Enforcement

ABCPro's enforcement workflow is: report → preserve evidence → review → correction/retraining → verify removal → escalation, suspension, or termination as authorized by the counsel-approved Growth Consultant Agreement. To report a concern, use the Contact page.
