This is a topic outline of the Growth Consultant Agreement. It is not a contract and contains no final legal terms. The binding agreement will be prepared and approved by qualified U.S. counsel and published here before it governs enrollment.
Growth Consultant Agreement

The final agreement will address, at minimum, the following topics:
1. Independent contractor status
The Growth Consultant is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or franchisee of ABCPro.
2. No employment
Nothing creates an employment relationship; the consultant controls their own time, methods, and expenses.
3. Eligibility
Who may enroll (age, jurisdiction, and other eligibility conditions).
4. Free enrollment
There is no fee to become a Growth Consultant and no purchase is required.
5. No inventory requirement
The consultant is not required to buy, stock, or carry inventory.
6. Pro is optional
ABCPro Pro and other tools are optional and not required to enroll, earn commissions, or advance in rank.
7. Compensation governed by the plan
All compensation is governed solely by the current ABCPro Compensation Plan and is generated only by qualifying transactions.
8. No compensation merely for recruitment
No compensation is paid merely for enrolling another Growth Consultant.
9. Approved product claims
The consultant may make only partner-approved or ABCPro-approved product claims.
10. Prohibited earnings / lifestyle claims
The consultant may not make earnings, income, or lifestyle claims prohibited by the Advertising & Claims Policy.
11. Approved marketing materials
Use of official, current, ABCPro-approved marketing materials; use of retired materials is prohibited.
12. Social media
Standards for social media promotion consistent with the Advertising & Claims Policy.
13. Endorsements / financial-interest disclosure
Required disclosure of the consultant's financial relationship with ABCPro when endorsing.
14. Anti-spam
Compliance with applicable anti-spam and communications laws.
15. Trademarks
Permitted and prohibited uses of ABCPro and partner trademarks and brand assets.
16. Refunds / chargebacks
How refunds and chargebacks reverse related commissions.
17. Taxes
The consultant is responsible for their own taxes; tax reporting as applicable.
18. Payout
How and when eligible commissions are made available, including holding and verification periods.
19. Privacy
Handling of consultant and customer data consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
20. No fake customers / account stacking / manipulation
Prohibition on fake or duplicate customers, account stacking, self-purchases made solely to qualify, and rank-threshold manipulation.
21. No purchases solely to qualify
Prohibition on purchases (including Pro) made solely to qualify for compensation or rank.
22. Discipline / suspension / termination
Grounds and process for correction, suspension, and termination.
23. Plan changes
ABCPro may modify or discontinue the plan and program terms as provided in the agreement.
24. Dispute resolution / governing law
Dispute-resolution, arbitration/venue, and governing-law terms — only as counsel approves.
